DREAMJILI Payments FAQ — Limits, Fees and Real Timings

Numbers, not adjectives. Every limit and timing on this page is the real one — if a figure isn't published, it isn't here.

The Limits, In One Table

Two things set your ceiling, and neither of them is the casino: your wallet's own limits, and the rail the money travels on. GCash moves over InstaPay, so InstaPay's caps apply on top of GCash's.

Rail / walletLimitSettlement
GCash depositmin ₱50, up to ₱100,000/day verifiedInstant
InstaPay₱50,000 per transaction, ₱500,000 per dayMinutes to a few hours, 24/7
PESONetFor transfers larger than InstaPay allowsSame or next banking day, in batches
GCash withdrawalNo casino feeMinutes to 1 hour (up to 3h peak/first-time)

If a payout would exceed ₱50,000, it has to split across InstaPay transfers or move on PESONet, which settles in a banking-day batch instead of on demand. That is a rail rule, not a DREAMJILI rule, and no operator can wave it through.

What It Costs to Move Money

DREAMJILI charges nothing to withdraw. The fees that exist are your wallet's, and they're small enough that most players never notice — but you should know where they are before you assume something was skimmed.

  • DREAMJILI withdrawal fee — none
  • GCash cash-in — free up to ₱8,000 per month, then roughly 2%
  • Maya InstaPay transfer out — around ₱15
  • GoTyme InstaPay transfer out — free
  • GCash maintenance window runs 12:00–03:00 PHT; transfers can lag during it

Why a Cashout Stalls

A withdrawal that hasn't landed is almost never a mystery. In order of likelihood: KYC isn't finished, the receiving account isn't in your name, the amount crossed an InstaPay cap, or you've hit the GCash maintenance window. That's the whole list. Work down it and you'll find yours.

  1. Confirm KYC is verified — the one-time review takes 24–48 hours and blocks every payout until it clears
  2. Confirm the wallet or bank account is in the exact name on your DREAMJILI account — third-party accounts are rejected
  3. Check the amount against the InstaPay caps: ₱50,000 per transaction and ₱500,000 per day
  4. If it's between 12:00 and 03:00 PHT, GCash may be in its maintenance window — give it until after

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the minimum deposit at DREAMJILI?

₱50 on GCash. That's the wallet's floor, and it's low enough that you can test the whole deposit-and-cashout loop for the price of a coffee before committing anything real.

How much can I deposit via GCash in a day?

Up to ₱100,000 per day on a verified GCash wallet. Deposits post instantly.

How long does a GCash withdrawal take?

Minutes to an hour once KYC is verified. First-time payouts and peak periods can stretch to about three hours.

Why is my ₱60,000 withdrawal not going through in one go?

InstaPay caps a single transfer at ₱50,000. Anything larger splits across transfers or moves on PESONet, which settles in a same or next banking-day batch.

Does DREAMJILI take a cut of withdrawals?

No. GCash's cash-in fee — free to ₱8,000 monthly, then about 2% — is the wallet's charge, and Maya's InstaPay transfer out runs around ₱15 while GoTyme's is free.

Can I withdraw to my partner's GCash?

No. The receiving account must be in your own name. Third-party accounts are rejected, and that rule exists at the licensing level rather than ours.
